Overview
Peter's practice encompassed the representation of privately held businesses and high net-worth individuals in corporate and commercial matters including the formation, governance, purchase and sale of business entities, real estate and estate planning.
He handled real estate acquisitions, leasing and finance, estate planning and administration, and investments by international companies in the United States and abroad.
Peter formed and advised numerous companies in the information technology field, including operation and regulation of websites.
