We handle trademark, copyright, and patent protection, opposition, enforcement, and licensing matters throughout the United States and around the world.  Over the past 60 years, we have developed a network of experienced, reliable, and cost-efficient local counsel and agents.  We are not tied to any particular law firm or lawyer in any state or country.  

In close cooperation with our clients, we choose individuals rather than firms because we believe this is the secret to obtaining excellent representation.  We regularly meet and communicate with our local counsel and agents by phone and in person.  To facilitate communications with clients and local counsel, we employ attorneys and professional staff who speak Spanish, Italian, French, Russian, Hebrew, Mandarin, and other languages.
