Brian Volk is a patent attorney registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, with experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a variety of technologies.  

Brian’s practice also includes freedom to operate, patent due diligence studies, patentability, infringement and validity studies, as well as patent and trademark litigation.
