DAVID GOLDBERG

David graduated from Yale University Law School, and went on to be recognized as one of the United States’ foremost authorities on copyright law, as well as trademark and unfair competition law. An active member of INTA for many decades, he was a frequent speaker at INTA events, a member of the Publishing Board and Executive Newsletter Committee and served on the Board of Directors from 1981-82. David was a mentor and advisor to countless attorneys over the years. He held many positions with the Copyright Society of the U.S.A. and the American Bar Association, and was an adjunct professor of law for twenty years at the New York University Law School. David’s keen mind and deep knowledge made him a leader of the copyright and trademark bar.
