CLL is Hosting an Association of Corporate Counsel CLE Program on the Interplay between Trademark, Copyright and Patent Law

Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman, P.C. is sponsoring an Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) IP Practice Group continuing legal education (CLE) program on the interplay between Trademark, Copyright and Patent Law on Tuesday, March 28, 2023.  CLL attorneys Mark Montague, Thomas Kjellberg and Reema Pangarkar, along with CLL alumna Aryn Emert, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of Paramount, will speak about the benefits of the different types of intellectual property rights. They will discuss practical strategies for employing multiple forms of intellectual property protection to protect innovative products.
