Deborah K. Squiers will Chair PLI’s CLE Program:  Fundamentals of Trademark Law in the Global Marketplace 2023. 

Cowan Partner and the Head of its Trademark Group Deborah K. Squiers will again chair this program on basic trademark law. This program will be held in person in New York, and via a Live Webcast, on June 23, 2023.  Register here. 

This year’s program, of interest to those new to trademark law or experienced in it, will cover key principles of trademark law and unfair competition; domestic searching, clearing and registration processes; international searching and filing strategies; a primer on trademark enforcement and litigation techniques; and the latest legal and regulatory developments and practice considerations.  The speakers will include Cowan Partner Robert J.
