Last night, we hosted a meeting of the Federal Bar Council’s Intellectual Property Committee featuring Bonnie Jarret, the National Football League’s Intellectual Property Counsel.  Ms. Jarret led an excellent discussion on pre-litigation investigations and considerations in trademark infringement and counterfeiting cases.
