Thomas Kjellberg and Joelle Milov spoke on Recent Developments in Copyright Law 

Thomas Kjellberg and Joelle Milov spoke June 13, 2022 on Recent Developments in Copyright Law at the Annual Meeting of The Copyright Society of the USA in Chicago, Illinois.  Their panel, presented with Robert Clarida of Reitler, Kailas & Rosenblatt, discussed notable copyright decisions from the past year, including those involving the music of Katy Perry, Josh Groban, and Eddy Grant.  The presentation complemented CLL’s Copyright Review 2022, which is now available.  Tom and Bob also presented at PLI’s recent program, entitled “Fundamentals of Copyright Law in the Data Era 2022 – New Cases in Copyright Law – Internet and Beyond.”
