Lyndsey Waddington

Lyndsey’s practice focuses on U.S. trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement and maintenance, licensing of intellectual property rights, and managing international trademark portfolios. Lyndsey also has extensive experience with contested proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and with UDRP domain name dispute proceedings before the National Arbitration Forum.

She has also handled general corporate and commercial matters, including negotiating and drafting agreements for IP-related matters such as licensing, co-existence, manufacturing, and distribution, and represented clients in state court.
